The perfect combo on a hot Summer’s day!

Serves 2- 4 (depending on serving size!)
- 2 mangoes, cut into cubes
- 2 avocados, cut into cubes
- Juice of half a lime
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 tbs freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tbs freshly chopped coriander
- Salt to taste, generous sprinkle
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir well then serve!
