A really common question I get asked is “Kate, what’s better juicing or blending?”
Both are great ways to get lots of important nutrients into our bodies, but I do have a personal preference towards blending.

* 1/2 cucumber
* 1/2 green apple
* 1 lemon, squeezed
* 1 whole baby cos lettuce, chopped
* 10 almonds (preferably soaked overnight)
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* Generous handful of fresh mint
* 2 cups water
* 5 ice cubes
