16 Simple & Natural Ways To Detox Your Body

Here’s some simple & natural foods and phytochemicals to detoxify your body…

  • Eat at least one cup of cruciferous vegetables each day. This includes broccoli, kale, collards, brussel sprouts, cabbage, bok choy and cauliflower.

  • Try decaffeinated green tea in the morning.
